Weekend Munches, Weekend Therapy
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
After a long 5 days of projects discussion and brain-exhausting group meetings, I finally had the ultimate break from it and spending quality time with my family.
Saturday, headed to The Cheveron, the SAF Country Club for handcraft workshop, making jewellery. Before that we went to IMM for lunch and shop around since we haven't been there for ages and there's pretty lots of changes. Bought a grey skinny and I love it. Anyway, around 2 headed back to the Cheveron for the workshop, and guess what, many aunties were there but they are super friendly and some happened to my parents' friends. Overall I made 3 earrings and a bracelet-cum-anklet. Dad then drove us to Turf City, the place is so run down and ruin. It's seems dead there! Anyway, we were pretty indecisive what to eat for dinner but settled at Owen Restaurant, I must say the seafood so fresh and I totally ignore the calories and cholesterol and ate the cereal prawns. YUMMY!!! After which got home and watch the tele and I did my report for 3 straight hours before snugging up into the bed.
This morning woke up and went to pray my grandpa since the Dumpling Festival is round the corner. After which drop by my (paternal) aunt's place. Practically slack there. I suggested to go Tampines since it's been ages since we set foot there. There's hell load of people. I saw many stuffs and felt like getting it but nah, mummy bought me bracelet and ladies stuffs. Walked around and explore the new yet upgrading malls. Had dinner at Fish & Co. It's so fulfilling and yummylicious.
Though there isn't much shopping done, but I've spend 2 full days with my family and showered and being showered with TLC. Love them.
Loved and take care.
